Millie’s Nantucket is looking for an experienced, motivated, and fun Assistant General Manager to join our summer team early May to mid October 2026. This role is a vital member of the Management team in day to day operations of Millie’s Nantucket and responsible for all applicable shift responsibilities. This is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package including travel expenses to Nantucket.
An advanced ability to lead and motivate large groups of team members while nurturing positive working relationships is a must. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to manage people, professionally interact with guests, efficiently liaise between events and catering teams, and work open to close - early-May to mid-October 2026.
This candidate must be proactive, solution-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously across different locations.
